    Start writing your resume by including your contact details at the top of the page. Include the following information:

  2. Resume summary

    A resume summary is your professional introduction to the hiring manager. In no more than three sentences, highlight your most impressive skills and work accomplishments to grab the employer’s attention.

  3. Skills

    The skills section is another opportunity to show the hiring manager you’re the right candidate for the role. Include six to eight soft skills and hard skills relevant to the role. 

    Here are some skills you can include in your resume for account executive: 

    • Sales prospecting: Account executives must be able to identify and research potential clients to build a strong pipeline and use tools like CRM software and social media platforms to generate leads and turn prospects into clients.
