Despite which resume format you use–chronological, functional, or hybrid–your resume should begin with a header, followed by a professional summary and a qualifications section. Your header should include your name, physical address, phone number, and email address. You may want to include this section above your experience, but it’s not necessary to do so. List the name of the institution, the location, and the month and year you graduated. Include the name of the degree you earned as well as any minors or concentrations, followed by your GPA (only if it is 3.0 or higher).
