Natalia is a Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW) and member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches.

She holds a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Carlos Albizu University and a B.A. in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Puerto Rico, and has worked in the career industry for two years providing job search support and advice.
