It may throw you off if you are not properly prepared. You may hear “what can you bring to the company” or “what skills do you have that will make you an asset to this company.” No matter how the question is worded- you need to have a solid answer. What have you accomplished at your current company? These accomplishments may point to what you will be able to do for the company you are interviewing with. Have you increased sales or efficiency?
