Because the role of HR coordinator calls for a certain level of experience in the field, the best format to use is reverse-chronological. Computer-based skills are crucial for this position, but you don’t need to include every piece of software you know how to use. For example, the recruiter will probably assume that you know how to use email, the internet, and basic office software.
